We have three shifts here at the restaurant, morning crew, evening crew, and midnight bakers. On the weekdays the restaurant closes between the morning and evening shift to clean and make ready for the next shift coming in.
The morning crew consists of a host, two wait staff on most weekdays and up to four on weekends, two cooks on weekdays and 3 cooks on weekends, a hot prep, a dishwasher, and a cold prep. The crew works together to make and serve not only the breakfast orders, but also produce the salsas and fillings that will be used throughout the dinner hours.
The evening crew consists of a host, three wait staff on the weekdays and four on the weekends, two cooks, a roller, and a dishwasher. They focus on creating and serving quality dinners.
