Our Cantina Committee is headed by our Cantina coordinator.  This committee plays a vital role in the operation of our Cantina, as well as developing seasonal menus and experimenting with new drinks and products which are key to our success.  Developing and implementing new procedures for improved service and efficiency keeps us at the top of our game.  The committee also reviews financial information so that any decisions we make ensure that we will be around for years to come (and by that we mean, forever!).
