Our Front of House Committee is headed by our Front of House coordinator.  This committee maintains and oversees the Front-of-House personnel, develops and continues Front-of-House systems, and maintains an effective atmosphere for the restaurant. They work with Marketing, Cantina and Food Coordinators to establish clear communication with the systems and operations and training needs for the restaurant.
