The Scheduling Team is convened by the Human Resources 1 coordinator made up of at least three other team members, including the Cantina, Food 2 and FOH coordinators. These coordinators sit on this team to give well-rounded view of who works best in each area of our restaurant and cantina. The team gets together bi-weekly to create a bi-weekly schedule. Worker-owners are given a permanent schedule, while associates may be put into any position that the team needs them to be in. Our associates are able to request time off, however, while worker-owners must seek folks to cover their shifts when they need time off. The scheduling team has a grueling job and are much appreciated!
