Coordinator Team
When an associate becomes a worker-owner, they have the opportunity to become a coordinator, which in cooperative language at Casa, means "manager". The Coordinator Team meets on a weekly basis to keep in touch about activity going on in each of their areas. They are overseen by the board of directors; the president sits in on the meetings, is the minute-taker, and relays all info back to the board. The members of the coordinator team are:
