The Evaluations Team is comprised of our Human Resources 2 Coordinator and three other people that are elected annually by the Board of Directors. We work together to provide a positive, encouraging evaluation for each employee that focuses on acknowledgement of a job well done as well as criticism that is constructive and focused on growth and development. At Casa, we stress open communication, so that emotions don't build up and then come out at an unexpected moment.
