Any employee can apply to be on the Hiring Team.  Three members are voted on by the board of directors and are overseen by our Human Resources 1  Coordinator.  The Hiring Team looks over applications, interviews prospective Casatrons (employees, that is) by phone and then in person, presents the interview info to the rest of the employees for review and commentary, and then informs interviewees of their status.
