The Sound folk are making sure yer ears don't bleed.  They work with all the bands that come in that don't have their own sound person to set up equipment and check and test sound levels.  They maintain levels throughout performances, and so they must have a good ear and must be able to communicate effectively with the bands.  When we're busy, they may help keep the tables clear and clean in the Cantina.  This is what our in-house sound system comes equipped with:
