We call them "Door", and they make sure all y'all underagers get properly marked so we don't lose our liquor license.  They lend a hand to the bartenders on occasion, help remove the Cantina tables to prepare a dancefloor for late night music, keep a headcount to keep our Cantina under/at capacity, check IDs and help clean the bar at the end of the night.
