The barbacks work hard, and are the right-hand men and women of the bartenders.  They do mix some drinks and get some beers, but they spend much of their time stocking coolers with beverages and garnishes of all types, cleaning glassware, keeping the Cantina tables cleared and clean, and helping the bartenders and door people however they can.
