Whether it's getting ready for the day and opening the bar in the morning, working a busy happy hour, serving our regulars, or closing at the end of a long, wild night, our bartenders are rockin' the crazy drinks.  They are responsible for taking food orders and helping our customers to understand the way our Bodega kitchen works. 

Our bartenders have a busy job; they make drinks for the restaurant as well as for the Cantina area, prep a variety of garnishes and juices, stock beers, wines, and liquors, wash glassware and keep the bartop and tables cleared and clean.  

They have to be pretty knowledgeable about the extensive list of bottle and draft beers we offer.  One of the most difficult tasks for them may be remembering all of the different cocktails we make, including those using our infused vodkas.  Our bartenders work hard to keep the booze flowin' and our customers happy.
