Everyone loves the expo!  They run all over the house helping out in anyway they can during our busy times.  They bus tables, run food, answer customer question, stock dishes and food for the kitchens, help the dishwasher, cash tables out, wash glassware, etc.  They help each and every area of our restaurant and help relieve the stress and chaos that comes with being a super busy restaurant and bar.
