Servers
We have several servers in both the AM and the PM. Servers are responsible for greeting tables, bringing them any beverage or food that their little hearts desire, and making sure our patrons are comfortable, happy and satisfied. They must be able to answer the many questions we get about our food and our business, as well as have complete knowledge of our menu, food items, and how they are prepared.
The servers keep tight communication with the kitchen, each other, and the hosts to ensure that food goes out hot and the way the customer ordered it. They are responsible for keeping our waitstation clean and stocked with beverages, desserts and other necessities, rolling silverware, and cleaning the restaurant from top to bottom at the end of each shift.
