Hosts
We have two hosts in both the AM and the PM. Our Host 1 greets and seats customers, sets up and buses tables. They keep tight communication with the kitchen and the Host 2 to make sure the kitchen is never overwhelmed or underwhelmed, if possible. They plan out where tables may be sat in the restaurant, help roll silverware, wash glassware, cash out tables, run food, answer the phone and take to-go orders and refill beverages.
Host 2's primary purpose is to greet customers and give them an idea of how long it will be until they are seated. They work closely with the Host 1, but they also help out the Cantina by keeping tables clear and clean, washing glassware, and stocking items for the Cantina and the Bodega.
