PM Bodega Crew
App 1 is responsible for making appetizers and entrées as needed for both the Cantina and the restaurant, as well as communicating with the kitchen cooks, waitstaff and barstaff, and accommodating Cantina customers. They are responsible for communicating with the kitchen cooks, waitstaff and barstaff, and accommodating Cantina customers. At the beginning of their shift, they make sure their kitchen is stocked and
cook beans and rice (yes, we go through those quickly!). At the end of their shift, they help to stock the kitchen once more and share in the cleaning duties with App 2.
App 2 is also responsible for making appetizers and entrées from scratch for the Cantina and restaurant. They are also responsible for communicating with the kitchen cooks, waitstaff and barstaff, and accommodating Cantina customers. At the end of their shift, they thoroughly clean and stock the Bodega kitchen, brine pork for the next day's cooking, and roast the pork for the next day's prep.
