TartsThis is a midnight shift, where the bakers work with organic flours, sugars, chocolate, and other fine ingredients to create Casa's unique breads and desserts.  They produce all of our biscuits, English muffins and pita bread as well, and must be skilled with yeast doughs and fine preparation.  The bakers make it possible for us to sell our baked goods at the farmer's market as well, including our fabulous granola.  They are responsible for washing their own dishes at the end of their shift (there is no dishwasher during these hours) and thoroughly cleaning their area.
