Human Resources 2 Coordinator oversees the Evaluation Committee. These folks create and distribute evaluation forms monthly, giving a chance for all employees to evaluate their co-worker's performance. The committee members then sit down with individuals who have been evaluated and discuss the process, concerns and goals that the individual has.
