The Food Coordinators lead the Culinary Development Committee, meeting several times each season. The members of the committee are rotating, but our Bounty Hunter Coordinator is always present to let us know what kinds of fresh, seasonal items we can get from our local producers. This committee focuses on menu development for the seasons, from our highlighted trinity items to new and interesting recipes to try on our next menu.
