You might be wondering what on earth a coordinator is. At Casa, we strive to move away from traditional top-down management, but we need some kind of structure for accountability and making sure behind the scenes work gets done. Essentially, our coordinators are managers. Not only do they direct much of the behind-the-scenes work in our business, but they make sure that day-to-day operations are running as smoothly as possible.
