The last batch was made while the restaurant was closed in Summer for a week in 2005. The vegetables were prepared at the restaurant and then driven down the road to ACEnet to cook and bottle it.
The vegetables, chiles, and fresh basil were grown at Shade River Farm, Green Edge Gardens, Willow Creek, Dutch Creek Farms and Stafford Garden Works
The ingredients include tomatoes, onions, summer squash, bell peppers, fresh garlic, pickled hot wax chiles, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, spices and sea salt.
We have unfortunately had to temporarily suspend our bottling operations, so we do not currently offer or deliver any bottled salsas or dressings. Please call or stop in during business hours and take some fresh made products home!
