This dressing is light and sweet with the earthiness of shiitake mushrooms and a hint of garlic.  Try it salad greens, as a dip for fresh vegetables, on rice, or as a tasty marinade for tofu, meat or seafood creations.

Ingredients include shiitake mushrooms, peanut oil, garlic, fresh ginger, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, Soyu, water, salt and spices.
